The HOPE Program offers no-cost, full-time career training programs with job placement assistance for New York City residents. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, legally allowed to work in the US, available Monday through Friday.

1.HopeWorks Green Construction a ten-week work readiness program preparing residents for careers in building operations, energy efficiency, and eco-friendly carpentry. Participants gain vital hands-on skills in sustainable building practices, site safety, and green infrastructure. Upon completion, graduates earn industry-recognized credentials, including OSHA 30, Supported Scaffold, and Flagger certifications, and receive lifetime job placement support

2. HopeWorks General Industry/Security is a ten-week, full-time work readiness program to support and boost job search confidence. Graduates obtain industry-recognized certifications such 8/16-hour Security Guard training access to personalized employment coaching.

  6. See the list of upcoming events and click “View Details“
  7. Click “RSVP.“
