Recruiting for Building Maintenance and Security

 The HOPE Program offers no-cost, full-time career training programs with job placement assistance for New York City residents. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, legally allowed to work in the US, available Monday through Friday.

  1. HopeWorks Building Maintenance a ten-week work readiness program preparing residents for careers in building operations, energy efficiency, and eco-friendly carpentry. Deepen your knowledge of the growing Building Operations and Maintenance industries while earning certifications in building energy efficiency, HVAC and heat pump operations and maintenance, carpentry/repairs, mechanical, and electrical.
  2. HopeWorks General Industry/Security is a ten-week, full-time work readiness program to support and boost job search confidence. Graduates obtain industry-recognized certifications such 8/16-hour Security Guard training access to personalized employment coaching.
