Working Credit, a national nonprofit, along with NYCHA REES, will host a FREE workshop for NYCHA residents on how to build credit. Learn more about credit, why building credit is important and gain the skills to do so!

Time: 6 pm to 7:30 pm

Location: Virtual via ZOOM

Follow these steps to register for this event in Opportunity Connect on the NYCHA self-service portal:

1. Register for online access and/or log in to the NYCHA self-service portal https://selfserve.nycha.info/
2. Once you are logged in, click on “Manage Your Account.”
3. Click on the “Opportunity Connect” icon.
4. Go to “Upcoming Events” on the left menu.
5. Select Working Credit 4-22-2026 on the list of upcoming events and click on “view details”.
6. You must read and confirm the “Information Sharing and Consent Statement” to continue to the final RSVP step.
7. Click “RSVP”.

Check your email for confirmation once you RSVP. Note: In Opportunity Connect you can check “My Events” on the left menu at any time to see all your scheduled events. You can also cancel or reschedule.
