FREE SOLAR & GREEN CONSTRUCTION TRAINING OPPORTUNITY FOR NYCHA RESIDENTS

Kickstart your career in solar and green construction!

What you’ll gain:

  • Comprehensive solar and green construction training
  • OSHA 30 & SST Certification
  • Resume and interview preparation
  • Direct interview with a solar employer upon completion
  • Ongoing career support
  • Starting pay $20-22/hour

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Verified NYCHA resident
  • Comfortable working on rooftops
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds overhead
  • Ready to commit to 6 months of employment after training

Training details:

  • When: June 2nd-23rd, 9am-4pm
  • Where: Solar One (Long Island City) Cost: FREE for NYCHA residents
