Staten Island Workforce 1 Career Centers will be presenting virtual employment & job training opportunities for NYCHA residents.
Workforce 1 provides services that will prepare and connect qualified candidates to employment and training opportunities in New York City.
Candidates who attend this Workforce 1 event will be granted the fast-track privileges to utilize Workforce 1 services and the opportunity to meet with employers!
Recruiters logging on, log on prepared to interview.

3. Register and RSVP
Follow these steps to register for this event in the NYCHA self-service portal – https://selfserve.nycha.info/
1. Register for online access & log-in to self-service portal https://selfserve.nycha.info/ which will allow you to manage your own events.
2. Once you are logged in, Click “View Details.”
3. Click “Opportunity Connect” on the bottom left side.
4. Click “Upcoming Events” on the left side.
5. Select “Query.”
6. Go to the “Event Name” column.
7. Type exactly as shown here (case sensitive): Workforce 1 Staten Island 4-17-2024
8. Press Enter.
9. Click “View Details.“
10. Click “RSVP.“
11. Check your email for confirmation once you RSVP. Check “My Events” to see all of your scheduled events.
