Per Scholas is recruiting NYCHA residents for its no-cost technology trainings, including IT support and cybersecurity. Students receive hands-on learning and mentorship to prepare for a new career.

Please join the upcoming in-person information session at the Johnson Houses Community Center, 1829 Lexington Avenue, New York, NY 10029, to learn about how to apply and hear directly from the Per Scholas team.

HOW TO REGISTER:

Follow these steps to register for this event in the NYCHA self-service portal – https://selfserve.nycha.info/

1. Register for online access & log-in to self-service portal https://selfserve.nycha.info/ which will allow you to manage your own events.
2. Once you are logged in, Click “Manage Your Account.”
3. Click “Opportunity Connect” on the bottom left side.
4. Click “Upcoming Events” on the left side.
5. Select “Query.”
6. Go to the “Event Name” column
7. Type exactly as shown here (case sensitive): Per Scholas Info Session (IT Support & Cybersecurity) 03.27.25
8. Press Enter.
9. Click “View Details.“
10. Click “RSVP.“
11. Check your email for confirmation once you RSVP. Check “My Events” to see all of your scheduled events.
