Join NYCHA REES on this information session on the Office of Financial Empowerment (OFE). Learn how one-on-one financial counseling can help you tackle debt, save for the future, open a bank account, improve credit, and much more. Financial counseling is free and confidential, and OFE’s professional counselors speak multiple languages.

  Please follow these steps to register on the NYCHA self-service portal:

1. Register for online access & log-in to self-service portal https://selfserve.nycha.info/ which will allow you to manage your own events.
2. 2.Once you are logged in, Click “Manage Your Account.”
3. Click “Opportunity Connect” on the bottom left side.
4. Click “Upcoming Events” on the left side.
5. Select “Query.”
6. Go to the “Event Name” column.
7. Type exactly as shown here (case sensitive):  OFE Information Session 5-27-25
8. Press Enter.
9. Click “View Details.“
10. Click “RSVP.“
11. Check your email for confirmation once you RSVP. Check “My Events” to see all your scheduled events.
