 Program Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be a first-time Homebuyer
• Have a FICO credit score of 620 or higher
• Have no accounts in collections, no charge-offs, public records or bankruptcies within the past 3 years
• Meet income guidelines as specified in the table below*
