Calling All NYCHA Entrepreneurs — Boss Up Your Business to Win $20k!

Join NYCHA REES and NYC Boss UP at an information session for the NYC Boss UP NYCHA 2024 Business Pitch Competition. Learn how you could apply to pitch and win grants of up to $20,000 to start and grow your business.

During the info session we will discuss:

• 2023 NYC Boss UP Entrepreneurship Programs
• Eligibility requirements for the 2024 pitch competition
• The application process and the deadline for submissions
• Available NYC Boss UP NYCHA application supports and REES entrepreneurship resources

Time: 6 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Location: Zoom *The Zoom link for the event will be emailed 24 hours before the event starts.*

Follow these steps to register for this event in the NYCHA self-service portal – https://selfserve.nycha.info/

1. Register for online access & log-in to self-service portal https://selfserve.nycha.info/which will allow you to manage your own events.
2. Once you are logged in, Click “View Details.”
3. Click “Opportunity Connect” on the bottom left side.
4. Click “Upcoming Events” on the left side.
5. Select “Query.”
6. Go to the “Event Name”  Type exactly as shown here (case sensitive): Boss Up NYCHA 2024 Info Session
7. Press Enter.
8. Click “View Details.“
9. Click “RSVP“
10. Check your email for confirmation once you RSVP. Check “My Events” to see all of your scheduled events.
