The Northern Manhattan Improvement Corporation (NMIC) is presenting training opportunities & employment services  for NYCHA residents.

(NMIC) services that will prepare and connect qualified candidates to training opportunities & employment  in New York City.

This event will center on Security

This Six Program  Includes:

  1. 8 & 16 Hr Security Certificates
  2. NYS Security License
  3. Fireguard Preparatory Certificate
  4. Customer Service Training
  5. Employment Readiness Training

 

ELIGIBILITY:

  1. Applicants must be receiving SNAP benefits (without cash assistance)
  2. At least 18 years old
  3. Able to participate in remote instruction
  4. Must be ready to work
  5. Must pass basic reading test
