Residents will learn more information about, Hot Bread Kitchen’s FREE culinary training program and gain skills and confidence to prepare for a career in the food industry.

 Program Includes:

  1. Kitchen fundamentals including knife skills
  2. Cooking techniques and bakery production
  3. Basic safety and sanitation
  4. Professional readiness (Interview Preparation, Conflict Resolution, etc.)
  5. Job placement

 

Requirements:

  1. Identify as a women
  2. 18+
  3. Fully Vaccinated

  1. Register for online access & log-in to self-service portal https://selfserve.nycha.info/which will allow you to manage your own events.
