  • Must have photo identification for date of birth verification.
  • Please register for a free membership with Workforce1 to receive services. To register in advance of the event, please visit https://a801-worksource1.nyc.gov/.

Those who RSVP will receive an email notification with meeting information prior to the event. Please confirm that your email and telephone number is correct in the NYCHA Self-Service online system to receive event notifications.   1. Register for online access & log-in to self-service portal https://selfserve.nycha.info/which will allow you to manage your own events.
  2. Once you are logged in, Click “View Details.”
  3. Click “Opportunity Connect” on the bottom left side.
  4. Click “Upcoming Events”on the left side.
  5. Select “Query.”
  6. Go to the “Event Name” 
  7. Type exactly as shown here (case sensitive): Workforce 1 Queens 12-14-2023
  8. Press Enter.
  9. Click “View Details.“
  10. Click “RSVP“
  11. Check your email for confirmation once you RSVP. Check “My Events” to see all your scheduled events.
