Operated by NYCHA’s Office of Resident Economic Empowerment & Sustainability (REES).  Coney Island Jobs Plus Site Exclusively Serving the Residents of Coney Island, Coney Island I (Sites 4 & 5) & Surfside Gardens.

1. Once you are logged in, Click “View Details.”
2. Click “Opportunity Connect” on the bottom left side.
3. Click “Upcoming Events” on the left side.
4. Select “Query.”
5. Go to the “Event Name” column.
6. Type exactly as shown here (case sensitive): Coney Island JP Info Session 2/26/25
7. Press Enter.
8. Click “View Details.“
9. Click “RSVP.“
10. Check your email for confirmation once you RSVP. Check “My Events” to see all your scheduled events.

1- Attend office hours at the Surfside Gardens Property Management office (2940 West 31st Street). Tuesdays & Thursdays 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

2- Stop by NYCHA’s Digital Van that will be parked outside of the future home of Jobs-Plus Coney Island at 3026 Surf Avenue from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on these Mondays and Thursdays in February and March on the following dates: February 10, February 20, February 24, March 3, March 6, March 10, March 13, March 17, March 20, March 24, March 27, and March 31.
