Childcare Business Pathways Program 2026 Information Session

 Do you have caregiving experience and a passion for taking care of children? Are you interested in starting or growing a home-based childcare provider business? Sign up for the next Childcare Business Pathways information session to learn how this program can help you launch a home-based childcare business and what is needed to apply for the Fall 2026 class.

 Date: Thursday, April 23, 2026

Time: 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Location: Zoom *The Zoom link for the event will be emailed 24 to 48 hours before the session starts.

Follow these steps to register for this event in Opportunity Connect on the NYCHA self-service portal:

1.  Register for online access and/or log in to the NYCHA self-service portal https://selfserve.nycha.info/
2.  Once you are logged in, click on “Manage Your Account.”
3.  Click on the “Opportunity Connect” icon.
4.  Go to “Upcoming Events” on the left menu.
5.  Select Childcare Business Pathways 2026 Info Session – April 23rd (Eve) on the list of upcoming events and click on “View Details”.
6.  You must read and confirm the “Information Sharing and Consent Statement” to continue to the final RSVP step.
7.  Click “RSVP”.

Check your email for confirmation once you RSVP. Note: In Opportunity Connect you can check “My Events” on the left menu at any time to see all your scheduled events. You can also cancel or reschedule.
