CHCA is hosting a co-recruitment event with NYCHA REES to connect NYCHA residents to information about their no-cost job trainings & employment assistance in Home Health Aide. Employment after training up to $19.15/hr.

Follow these steps to register for this event in the NYCHA self-service portal – https://selfserve.nycha.info/  

1. Register for online access and/or log-in to the NYCHA self-service portal https://selfserve.nycha.info/
2. Once you are logged in, click “Manage Your Account.”
3. Click “Opportunity Connect” icon.
4. Go to “Upcoming Events” on the left menu.
5. Select NAME OF EVENT as shown here (case sensitive): Cooperative Home Care Associates 7-14-2025 on the list of upcoming events and click “view details“
6. You must read and confirm the “Information Sharing and Consent Statement” to continue to the final RSVP step.
7. Click “RSVP.“

Check your email for confirmation once you RSVP. Note: In Opportunity Connect you can check “My Events” on the left menu at any time to see all your scheduled events. You can also cancel or reschedule.
