Join NYCHA’s REES office, in collaboration with JPMorgan Chase, as we walk you through the lending process for homebuyers, so you know exactly what to expect and how to move forward.

We will discuss:

• Preparing your finances
• How your credit affects homeownership
• How home affordability is determined
• The HPD HomeFirst Down Payment Assistance Program

HOW TO REGISTER:

1. Register for online access & log-in to self-service portal https://selfserve.nycha.info/which will allow you to manage your own events.
2. Once you are logged in, Click “View Details.”
3. Click “Opportunity Connect” on the bottom left side.
4. Click “Upcoming Events” on the left side.
5. Select “Query.”
6. Go to the “Event Name” 
7. Type exactly as shown here (case sensitive):  Chase Homebuyer Workshop
8. Press Enter.
9. Click “View Details.“
10. Click “RSVP“
11. Check your email for confirmation once you RSVP. Check “My Events” to see all of your scheduled events.
