Brooklyn Workforce1 Career Center has partnered with NYCHA REES to host a recruitment event to connect qualified candidates to various employment opportunities.

Date: Monday, June 17th, 2019

Location: 228 York Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201

Time: 10:00am – 1:00pm

Workforce1 will be screening for the following opportunities:

Allied Universal – Security Guards: Pay Rate: $15 – $21/Hr

  • Must have HSD or equivalent
  • NYS Security License and 8/16 hour certificates

Old Navy – Cashiers Pay Rate: $15.50/Hr

  • Must have at least 1 year of retail or customer service experience. Cash handling experience is a plus.

Maison Kayser- Front of the House positions (Host/Hostess, Apprentice, & Servers): Pay Rate: $15/Hr

  • Must have at least 6 months to 1 year of Front of the house experience. Must have exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Union Market: Cashier, Produce Clerk, & Butchers Pay Rate: $15 /Hr

  • Must have at least 6 months to 1 year of related experience.

 Shake Shack: Team Members Pay Rate: $15/Hr

  • Must have at least 6 months of customer service experience

Five Guys: Team Members Pay Rate: $15/Hr

  • Must have at least 6 months of customer service experience. Food Handlers License preferred.

 NYC Administration of Children Services: Youth Development Specialist Salary: 45K

  • Must have 1 year working with youth ages 10-24 years of age
  • High School Diploma is a must for this position

  10. Click “RSVP.“
