How to Write a Successful Business Plan

One of the first questions any entrepreneur will be asked when they launch their  business is “Do you have a business plan?”

This workshop will address the following questions: What is a business plan? Why should I write one? How do I write one?

During this presentation, the Business Outreach Center Network (BOCNet) will:

  • Share information on the different legal structures.
  • Introduce the concepts of income statement, cash flow and financial projections.
  • Highlight important factors to consider in defining operations, services, management, industry research, marketing, and financing strategies.
  • Share information on free resources available to entrepreneurs as they develop their business concept and launch their venture.
