The HOPE Program is currently offering no-cost, full-time career training programs with job placement assistance for New York City residents. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, legally allowed to work in the US, available Monday through Friday.

The Hope Program is currently recruiting for CoolRoofs:

NYC CoolRoofs offers 10-11 week full-time, paid work experience installing energy saving reflective rooftops at a starting wage of $17 per hour. Participants have the opportunity to earn credentials in the construction sector, including OSHA 30 Site Safety Training Card (SST), 4-Hour Flagger, 4-Hour Scaffold User, and CPR/First Aid certifications at no cost.
