Are you interested in starting a career in solar? NYCHA, in partnership with various solar developers, will be offering recurring training opportunities across several upcoming projects. To support this effort, NYCHA REES is building a pipeline of interested residents to refer to solar developers as opportunities become available prioritizing those who live in the targeted development(s) for each project.

If you are interested in being considered, please register with REES so we can share your information with solar developers in contract with NYCHA when opportunities are available. There is a tentative training scheduled February 2026, however, attending one info session is required.
