Restoring Urban Neighborhoods, LLC is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for homes now under construction through the Small Homes Rehab – NYCHA Program III in Queens (Cambria Heights, Jamaica, Far Rockaway, Queens Village, and Arverne) and Brooklyn (Fort Greene and Cypress Hills).

*Annual Household Income Ranges: $92,239 (min)-$198,600 (max).

A limited number of applications are available, after Friday, October 14, 2022, at the following development property management offices:

  • Brooklyn: Langston Hughes, Cypress Hills, Brownsville, Farragut, and Whitman.
  • Queens: Pomonok, Redfern, South Jamaica, Beach 41st, Baisley Park, and Hammel.

 

Join NYCHA’s REES Office, in collaboration with Neighborhood Restore and Neighborhood Housing Services of Queens, to discuss the new opportunity to purchase one, two, and three-family homes.

  1. Register for online access & log in to the self-service portal https://selfserve.nycha.info/.
  2. Once you are logged in, Click “View Details.”
  3. Click “Opportunity Connect” on the bottom left side.
  4. Click “Upcoming Events” on the left side.
  5. Select “Query.”
  6. Go to the “Event Name” column.

  8. Press Enter.
  9. Click “View Details. “
  10. Click “RSVP. “
  11. Check your email for confirmation once you RSVP. Check “My Events” to see all of your scheduled events.
