The Brooklyn Workforce1 Career Center is hosting a virtual resume workshop to help NYCHA residents create or update existing resumes with one of four Career Advisors. This workshop can help you showcase your experience and skills to prepare for your job search.

Workshop runs for 120 mins and includes:

• A presentation of resume building
• One-to-one assistance with your resumes.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply must be registered as a Workforce1 member.

*Priority of service is provided to veterans and their spouses *

Follow these steps to register for this event in the NYCHA self-service portal – https://selfserve.nycha.info/

1. Register for online access & log-in to self-service portal https://selfserve.nycha.info/which will allow you to manage your own events.
2. Once you are logged in, Click “View Details.”
3. Click “Opportunity Connect” on the bottom left side.
4. Click “Upcoming Events”on the left side.
5. Select “Query.”
6. Go to the “Event Name”  Type exactly as shown here (case sensitive):   WF1 Resume Workshop 7-13-2022
7. Press Enter.
8. Click “View Details.“
9. Click ““
10. Check your email for confirmation once you RSVP. Check “My Events” to see all of your scheduled events.
