The Bronx:

Mason Helper: General laborer needed for a Mason company. Will be loading/unloading trucks, helping with set-ups, mixing cement, lifting, moving, and transporting heavy bricks. Will also be doing debris clean up. This is a labor-intensive job. Must have an Osha30, 10-Hour SST, and flagger certification. A 4-hour scaffold license is a plus. Must be a Bronx resident. Be prepared to work 50-60 hours/week.

General Laborer/HVAC Helper: Experienced general laborer needed for an HVAC company working on a large construction site. Will be keeping the site clean, loading/unloading trucks, moving materials to various parts of the site. Will be hanging duct work and assisting the mechanics. Looking for someone willing to learn the trade. Must have an Osha30, 10-Hour SST, and a 4-Hour Scaffold. Expect to do heavy lifting of materials and physically demanding work. Must live in the Bronx. This position will then transition into HVAC field work on a construction site.

General Labor/Carpenter Helper: Looking for a General Laborer that is interested in the carpentry field. Will be doing general labor such as: cleaning the site, loading/unloading trucks, material handling, delivering tools/supplies throughout the site, moving/cleaning up sheet rock and other construction debris, and helping the carpenters. Must have an Osha30, 10-Hour SST, 4-Hour Scaffold, and a flagger card. Must be a Bronx resident. Be prepared to work 50-60 hours/week.

Plumbing Helper: Looking for a plumber’s helper to work alongside the mechanics. Will be doing general labor-loading/unloading trucks, distributing tools, carrying heavy pipes, cleaning up debris and cutting pipes. Will also be fire stopping and core drilling. Looking for a candidate that wants to learn the plumbing trade. Must have an Osha30 and 10-Hour SST. F60 is a plus. Must be a Bronx resident. Be prepared to work 50-60 hours/week.

Skilled Laborer/Handy Person: Experienced skilled laborer needed for a general contractor. Will be prepping the job site, taping, painting, doing debris clean up, Loading/unloading materials. Experienced with handy person/superintendent job duties. Must have an Osha30, and SST. Must be a NYCHA resident.

General Labor: Experienced general laborer needed for a large construction site. Will be keeping the site clean, doing debris clean up, and lifting heavy materials. Loading/unloading trucks, filling up the minis with construction debris and rolling them out. Must have at least one year of construction site experience. Must have an Osha30, and SST. Expect to work 50-60 hours per week. Must pass a drug test.

Electrician/Mechanic: Must have at least 2-3 years’ electrical experience working on a construction site. Must be able to work alone and have your own tools. There is intensive conduit work with 2” conduit. Must have an Osha30 and 10-Hour SST.

General Labor/Glazier Helper: Must have at least 6 months’ construction site experience. Will be assisting the glass/mirror installers with general labor duties. Will be working with glass partitions, shower enclosures, mirrors, and storefronts. Will be loading/unloading trucks, moving heavy materials, products, and tools to all areas of the site. Minimum requirements are an Osha30 and 10-Hour SST. Must have a great work ethic, good attendance, and an affinity to learn the electrical trade.

Fire Sprinkler Helper: Experience with fire sprinklers or the plumbing trade is required. Will be working for the fire protection subcontractor. Will be cutting pipe, threading pipe, core drilling, and installing fire sprinklers. Must have an Osha30, and a 10-Hour SST. Must be willing to work more than 40 hours per week.
