Workshop in Business Opportunities (WIBO) Info Session for 10-week or 16-week Fall 2021 Business Courses

**Please note: There is a small fee for this course. NYCHA Residents are offered a Scholarship that reduces the fee to $75.**

(However, the course is free for veterans and recently incarcerated individuals.)

• Workshop in Business Opportunities (WIBO) helps you bring your business idea to life through its 10-week or 16-weel virtual “How to Build a Growing Profitable Business” workshop, which starts in mid September.  Classes will meet virtually via Zoom .
• For more than 50 years, WIBO has taught more than 18,000 business owners how to grow a sustainable business through its “How to Build a Growing Profitable Business” workshop.
• Here’s what you will learn & practice during the 10 weeks:
  • Peer to peer learning activities while taking the steps to begin or improve your business
  • Market research
  • Promoting your business
  • How to make a profit
  • Pricing strategy
  • Solid foundation to start and grow your business
  • E-commerce and social media strategies
• Scholarships for the workshops are available for NYCHA residents. This workshop series is FREE for veterans and recently incarcerated men and women.
