Join NYCHA REES, in collaboration with NYC Dept of Consumer & Worker Protection’s Office of Financial Empowerment, for this free virtual tax prep workshop. Attendees will learn best practices for tax filing, effective record keeping skills, and tax credits.

  Please follow these steps to register on the NYCHA self-service portal: (These steps do not change)

1. Register for online access & log-in to self-service portal https://selfserve.nycha.info/ which will allow you to manage your own events.
2. Once you are logged in, Click “Manage Your Account.”
3. Click “Opportunity Connect” on the bottom left side.
4. Click “Upcoming Events” on the left side.
5. Select “Query.”
6. Go to the “Event Name” column.
7. Type exactly as shown here (case sensitive):  Tax Prep March 28
8. Press Enter.
9. Click “View Details.“
10. Click “RSVP.“
11. Check your email for confirmation once you RSVP. Check “My Events” to see all your scheduled events.
