Join NYCHA REES, in collaboration with NYC Dept of Consumer & Worker Protection’s Office of Financial Empowerment to discuss NYC Free Tax Prep service. Maximum tax credit. Get your full tax refund. Learn how to do this by attending this virtual session.

Please follow these steps to register on the NYCHA self-service portal:

1. Register for online access & log-in to self-service portal https://selfserve.nycha.info/ which will allow you to manage your own events.
2. Once you are logged in, Click “Manage Your Account.”
3. Click “Opportunity Connect” on the bottom left side.
4. Click “Upcoming Events” on the left side.
5. Select “Query.”
6. Go to the “Event Name” column.
7. Type exactly as shown here (case sensitive):  NYC Free Tax Prep April
8. Press Enter.
9. Click “View Details.“
10. Click “RSVP.“
11. Check your email for confirmation once you RSVP. Check “My Events” to see all your scheduled events.
