The newly launched, SMART Money Series will provide NYCHA residents with valuable information on financial literacy using workshops, seminars, group coaching, and one-on-one counseling as vehicles for personal growth. Our goal is to equip NYCHA residents to take control of their finances, navigate challenges, and make informed decisions thereby leading to greater monetary stability, less stress about money, and properly position them for economic mobility.

Join the first workshop under The REES Smart Money Series in Partnership with Citizen’s Bank. This session will focus on building your credit for a home purchase. In this seminar you will learn about the mortgage process, building your credit, saving for a down payment, and how to receive closing cost assistance. You do not want to miss this.
