NYCHA residents seeking employment in various fields are invited to attend an in-person hiring event to be held in Queens on November 20. Participating organizations include:

  • Association of Community Employment Programs (ACE)
  • Workforce1 of Queens
  • Workforce1 Industrial & Transportation Career Center of Queens
  • Jobs-Plus of Astoria
  • Jobs-Plus of Queensbridge/Ravenswood
  • Jobs-Plus of Woodside

Participant Guidelines:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • If seeking employment, please bring at least 10 copies of your resume.
  • If you need assistance with creating or updating your resume, please call (718) 218-1575 for referral assistance, preferably before November 15th.

Time:  11:00a.m. to 1:00p.m. (Please note Event doors open at 11:00 a.m. You may arrive anytime between 11:00a.m. – 12:30p.m., to allow sufficient time to meet individual organizations before the event ends at 1:00pm.)
