Andromeda Community Initiative [ACI] is a not-for-profit organization that provides professional development opportunities, free educational and workforce development programs, and job-related training that prepares students for gainful employment in the field of construction.

Green Construction Training Program

• Eligibility: Individuals 18 years of age and older who are interested in pursuing a career in construction.

Participants will have the opportunity to earn the following certifications:

• NYC DOB 10-Hour Site Safety Training (SST) Card
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Training
• NYC DOB 4-Hour Supported Scaffold User
• NYC DOB 16-Hour Suspended Scaffold User
• NYC DOT 4-Hour Flagger
• 2-Hour Silica Awareness Training Course
• GPRO-M
• EPA 608 Type I Certification

The program is designed to provide participants with the technical skills, certifications, and career readiness support needed to begin successful careers in the construction industry.

2. Once you are logged in, click on “Manage Your Account.”

5. Select ACI Green Construction 10-7-2026 on the list of upcoming events and click on “view details”.
6. You must read and confirm the “Information Sharing and Consent Statement” to continue to the final RSVP step.
7. Click “RSVP”.
