We have separated them into all of the boroughs including some that happen to be outside of New York City to make it a bit easier for you to locate the most convenient one to use. Queens

Day shift $235.00, 7:30am-3:30pm (8-hour shift)
Evening shift $197.00, 4pm-11:30pm (7.5-hour shift)
Overnight shift $165., 12am-6:30am (6.5-hour shift)

Note: Prices include all utilities, carting (garbage pick-up), pest control, cleaning supplies and chemicals, 2 hours of their staff’s time devoted to your production, free parking during production shift. Clients need to sign a license agreement and provide a refundable deposit. There is no application fee, although in some cases a credit check will be required. Clients are accepted all year long. Licenses & Permits Needed:
1. Proof (copy) of Business Registration (corporate paperwork) and Tax EIN number.
2. Copy of the Food Handler’s Certificate (kitchen clients only).
3. Emergency contact information.
4. Certificate of Insurance including Worker’s Compensation (Only if there are employees). Clients must obtain a General Liability insurance policy covering their business. Manufacturers of all products must include a product liability policy along with the general liability. The Incubator must be listed as additional insured.

1. Schedule a tour. Tours are given on Mondays 6pm and Wednesdays 11:30am. Reservations are required to attend the tours. The tour is limited to 6 people. Please call 718-392-0025 between the hours of 8:30-4:30 pm on Mondays thru Fridays to make a reservation.

- Application review – Kathrine will quickly review the application and all required documents to confirm that they have been received.
- Schedule appointment for contract signing. You will need to bring:
- A cashier’s check or money order for the security deposit – The security deposit will equal YOUR monthly rent based on your projected usage. The minimum deposit is $1000.
- A copy of your insurance.
Bronx
WHEDco's Urban Horizons Kitchen (North of Concourse)
Note: WHEDco’s Urban Horizons Kitchen (North of Concourse) is currently closed for renovations and is expected to reopen in Spring 2024.
