Salary: $37,440 per year

Job Summary:

• The Resident Liaison serves as the primary point of contact between residents and construction. This role is vital in fostering a positive community environment by addressing concerns, communicating updates, and ensuring that the needs of residents are met in a timely and efficient manner. The Resident Liaison works to promote a safe, harmonious, and well-maintained living environment while strengthening the relationship between residents and the construction team. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary to meet the needs of the community.

Minimum Qualifications:

•  High School Diploma/GED
