Salary: $36.04 (40 hours per week)

Job Summary:

• This position is in Staten Island Todt Hill Houses.  The Asst. Project Engineer is responsible of managing and facilitating the process of relocation the tenants from Todt hill to temporary housing and back to Todt Hill.
• Primary duties planning and coordinating tenants move.
• Point of contact for communication with tenants and contractor. Documenting and confirming compliance.
• Assisting the project manager with all necessary paperwork.
• Problem Solving and troubleshooting projects issues or concerns.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must Live and/or be willing to travel to Staten Island (Todt Hill Houses)
