Habitat For Humanity New York City has homes available in Central Brooklyn & Southeastern Queens.
Qualified applicants can take advantage of: Subsidized Purchase Prices, Tax Abatements, Closing Cost Assistance, a 1% down payment and 2% fixed interest 30 year mortgage.
Program eligibility criteria:
- Must be a first-time Homebuyer
- Have a FICO credit score of 620 or higher
- Have no open collections, charge-offs or unsatisfied public records on your credit report
- Have no bankruptcies within the past 3 years
- Meet income guidelines as specified in the table below*
