Interested in Owning Your Own Home or Apartment?

Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) is partnering with NYCHA’s Office of Resident Economic Empowerment and Sustainability (REES) to host a mortgage and homeownership workshop for NYCHA public housing residents and NYCHA Section 8 voucher holders.

Participants will learn about NACA’s low interest rate mortgage program that enables thousands of working people to afford homeownership.

Are You Ready to Buy a House/Co-op/Condo?

Learn about the NACA mortgage which allows NACA Members to purchase their homes with:

  • No down payment
  • No closing costs
  • No fees
  • No requirement for perfect credit
  • And low interest rate mortgage

Follow these steps to register for this event in the NYCHA self-service portal – https://selfserve.nycha.info/

  1. Register for online access & log-in to self-service portal https://selfserve.nycha.info/ which will allow you to manage your own events.
  2. Once you are logged in, Click “View Details.”
  3. Click “Opportunity Connect” on the bottom left side.
  4. Click “Upcoming Events” on the left side.
  5. Select “Query.”
  6. Go to the “Event Name” column.
  7. Type exactly as shown here (case sensitive): NACA Mortgage August 2017
  8. Press Enter.
  9. Click “View Details.“
  10. Click “RSVP.“
  11. Check your email for confirmation once you RSVP. Check “My Events” to see all of your scheduled events.
